"RAMALA" is a café-social enterprise that gives everyone the opportunity to experience the process of making bread and at the same time get to know themselves better, meditate and spend quality time with family, friends or colleagues. The company was created by the Crisis Center for Families and Children "PASPĀRNE" specialists, therefore, special bread therapy classes will be offered as an alternative for working with abused children and adults and people with special needs. Even in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, everyone has the opportunity to visit "RAMALA", have healthy meals and drink tea or coffee in a cozy atmosphere or get delicious sandwiches and salads to take away. The whole family is welcome! Wood-fired ECO sauna. Women and men have separate sauna rooms. After the sauna treatment, enjoy a meal in our cozy café. We use different bath brooms in steaming procedures, because each plant has a different effect on the body. Birch is a great cleanser that helps to relax. Oak helps lower blood pressure and improves sleep. Blackcurrant leaves provide vitality and restore strength. Raspodiņi takes care of a woman's beauty.
